 Never heard off! Right at this moment I'm sitting here drinking the fabulous Dithmarscher Urtyp. Prost!

Btw: Let's change the Stunts Meeting date to the Palinka festival in Budapest...  :-D  :-D  :-D  :-D  :-D  :-D

Sorry, CTG - Leffe Blonde is too characteristic for me. And another thing: while tasting it, I was thinking about when had I felt the same strange backtaste. The solution: when I drank Master Brew! I think these two beers are very similar, although Leffe contains less alcohol (6.6 V/V%), so it doesn't have that strong alcoholic taste. But I can't give it a mark better than 4.5/10.

Conclusion 1: Bonzai Joe, don't try Leffe Blonde!
Conclusion 2: CTG, you should really try Master Brew!

New beer on the list: Jezek (CZE) 7.0. My friend told me that there are a shop of Czech and Slovakian beers in Kazincbarcika, they bought that there. (Borovicka is also sold there, I tasted that at my friend's, too.) It was relatively cheap (around 120 HUF he guessed). But really don't know what kind of Jezek it was. There are some kind of it.

Oh... what did we miss? It was surely opened Monday morning... And I think they have real specialities - I've never seen Jezek, neither in Slovakia. B?FF!

Yes, it's a pity. My friend told about the shop on Friday (14th). But next time, we'll visit there, I guess. But I'm sure I will know that shop by that time. ;)

Soproni 1895 is really good! Despite of its quite high alcohol content (5,3 V/V%), it's a "summer refresher type" beer - probably that's why CTG doesn't like it. But I realized that my former ranking on the original Soproni was a bit unrealistic. It's my personal favourite, it's the beer that I drink most frequently (for example, at home we always buy Soproni), but not better than 7,5/10. Btw, Soproni 1895 (a quality beer) really deserves 8,5/10. B?FF!!!

How deep was this topic on the list... Everybody has given up beer drinking?

As you can know, I generally hate wheat beers" - but today I tasted Hoegaarden White Beer, which was unambigously better than Edelweiss and others that I had known before. But it only means that I would give it 3.5/10, therefore I don't add it to the list. (As I told before, Edelweiss et al. would be somewhere around 1/10 for me...)

Well, In my spare time I actually am a crowncapcollector, which means I collect bottlecaps from all over the world. But I do not just collect thousands of caps looking similar, I only collect different caps, and I have 1.287 bottlecaps right now, and not a single one looking like the other.
I have bottlecaps from 51 countries and more than 500 breweries through the world and I have tasted about 1/4 of my collection, which is very much, but at least I don't THINK that I am an alcoholic! :-D
I am just fascinated with beers and I love to taste the new goods in the store, when a new liquid has arrived. Yes, I have tasted a lot of different beers and even though I really like beers from some different top-breweries, like Carlsberg, Heineken and some of the others you already have mentioned, I have to say that my choice of the best beer in the world is going to one of the oldest breweries in world, Urquell in the Czech Republic. Their main-beer is fantastic, the one who doesn't have tasted this beer should go to the nearest shop and buy it. 8)

It's a wheat beer (grrr...), that's why it's not included in my list.
Akoss: tell me if I'm wrong and there is another version of Ilzer... but as I know, classic beer of this factory is the extremely shitty Innstadt.
