Bah... Györi ETO vs Kazincbarcika in Hungarian Cup's quarterfinals...  :-\ >:(

(looking at the paper, we should win by 5 goals - but it will be tight and I give only 60 percent for our victory)

BonzaiJoe

Yay, finally CTG vs Akoss after years of only Usrin vs Akoss :)

Tomorrow: OB - AGF in the last 16 of the Danish cup. Worst possible draw for AGF, away vs the league #1, even though there were a lot of weak teams still in.
But we can't be quite sure.

If I say we will kick ass... then we won't. So ETO is going to lose. (Of course not :D)

Arsenal 2 - Racing 2 in an awesome match! We (racing) were 2 - 0 down in the first half and we draw in the second!

I'm starting to watch more football. Argentinian football is one of the most competitive right now. That's the case of River Plate, they won the last championship and now they are at the bottom :O

Anorthosis Famagusta - Internazionale 3-3...  :o There's something in the air: BATE Borisov, Anorthosis, CFR Cluj in Champions League; Hoffenheim in Bundesliga...

And dirty cheater refree of Liverpool - Atletico Madrid: equalizer by Gerrard in the 95th minute... from penalty.  >:(

This year is the renaissance of Alessandro Del Piero - one of my favorite players ever, famous for his nice/tricky goals, great enthusiasm and loyalty to his team (like Maldini in Milan, Raul in Real Madrid and Giggs in Manchester United). Casillas will have some nightmares about him... ;D

Nice to read outside my country the exact denomination about my favourite team since I was a little child...

But did you think 2 years ago, that CFR Cluj will be a noble opponent of any European top teams?

No, and I still don't think they are. ;D Beeing lucky in 1 or 2 matchs is not enough to pretend to be a good European competitor. Same comment apply for Bordeaux too anyway. ;)
In last years, only Lyon proved to be consistent in European level. Sometimes another French team manage to be good, but they are not consistent (Monaco, Marseille, Bordeaux, ...).
Lyon is like Marseille was 15 years ago : easily dominating French championship and regularly good in European competitions. Other French teams are not good enough to pretend anything but be sparing partners of good European teams.

My favorite French team will be always PSG - they played quite well in the 90's. Nowadays... well, it's better not to mention. :-\

Krys TOFF

lol, PSG.
PSG means Paris-Saint-Germain, but now it's often mentionned as "Pas Sûrs de Gagner" (meaning "not sure to win"). ;D :D
