@Alain il professore, thanks for the congratulations. I'm always happy to help my favorite team, and I also congratulate you on your victories in two cars.

Spoonboy

Thanks to all for these great CCC races, and thanks to @Alain il professore for the nice words.

I am sad to have missed the deadline for the third race. In my case, it wasn't a workload problem (although 3 races felt like a lot!). I had all four laps ready, but last night was busy and I got distracted. I had some good times, not sure if it would have changed my leaderboard position?

Anyway I had fun with all tracks, and I am a great fan of CCC. I love the chance to test different cars I might not have driven before, and the change in rules from Zak/R4K is refreshing.
I have some ideas for a future CCC race, so I'll continue to work on that.

Great to race with you all. Looking forward to more in 2026, let's keep pushing!

Congratulations @Victor Narl, @Alain il professore and @Duplode !!
I really enjoyed these races. A lot of tracks and cars. I didn't participate in the last race not of because of lack of time but because I hadn't in my mind the deadline. Thanks for making and managing this event!

I specially wanted to race the Citroën ZX Rallye Raid so I already made a test. Beatiful car, interesting accel/top speed combo, there aren't custom cars with this performance so it's welcome! One note to add, the ingame performance info for 0-60 mph it's wrong. It says "5.30 sec" when instead it is "4.95 sec". I bet we would extract its best potential in very close tracks, full of closed corners, like real rally tracks.

Thanks @Victor Narl , @Alain il professore , @Spoonboy and @alanrotoi ! :)

Quote from: Victor Narl on Today at 10:19:00 AMThis was a challenging competition with an unprecedentedly tight deadline. I was only saved by having a lot of free time during those days, but I see that not all the riders were able to cope with such a short deadline, especially in the third stage, and because of this, the competition lost a lot of interest. Therefore, for future similar competitions, I would like to see a more lenient/loyal deadline, and I think other riders will support me in this proposal.

I agree the schedule was not ideal, which was largely due to us having free time problems as well -- for me in particular, things got much busier than expected over the last several weeks. My initial plan was having three two-week rounds starting on December 3rd, but it was not possible to get everything ready in time for the 3rd. I could have played it safe and set up only two rounds of two weeks, but it felt like featuring only 8 rally cars would be betraying the concept of the special event a little bit, ergo the unusual 2-1-1 schedule.

Yeah, it's a pretty interesting combo! It was nice to see the various sub-classes/styles of rally cars on the race track. Another highlight for me, which I hadn't tried before, was the Stratos Gr5 (IIRC Spoonboy had already noticed its potential earlier).

@alanrotoi, thanks for the congratulations. It's a pity you didn't take part in the last race. Perhaps you would have been able to use PG on the Ferrari at least in the final part of the track.
