Sounds like a good game, but I miss some disciplines which are not centered or only partly centered around excessive alcohol consumption. This way probably the heaviest alcohol drinker wins the competition instead of the one who is good at alcohol drinking and at some funny disciplines as well. Beer bottle throwing without breaking it (the longest throw wins), standing on one foot as long (time unit) as possible after x bottles of beer, beer cap throwing accuracy into the litter bin or anything else... let alone drunken football (table football... or table tennis) match...

You're right. The purpose of this competition is to find the heaviest alcohol-drinker and not a sober participant who is better in more or less real sport-disciplines (precision, throwing etc), but your idea about the "standing on one foot as long (time unit) as possible after x bottles of beer" is great though, because it shows which participant who can drink the most and still act sober.

I just don't understand how you managed to make the promille calculations? Did you have sober 'Games officials'?

Actually we have made this game before; Beer Olympics in October 2011 (which made the WC more fun because you could go for breaking records), and at that time we used a breathalyzer, but the problem was that there wasn't enough mouthpieces for the participants and we were not sure if the breathalyzer showed the promilles correctly because everybody hit 4,00 in the end of the night.

This year:

1. Before the game started at 5 pm exactly everybody weighed themselves on an old bathroom weight.
2. In the Marathon-discipline everybody wrote down their names on the beers the drank.
3. We used this site http://www.drikkeabc.dk/alkohol%20promille%20beregner.aspx?id=18 because it was the only site which calculated the time one started, different kinds of alcohol, the weight and gender.
4. When people wanted to see how much promille they got all they had to do was to enter the weight, the numbers of beers with their names on and the time, for instance 1 am.
5. Of course most people were too drunk to do that, so at 5 am, when the WC ended, everybody stopped drinking (there weren't really anyone left). In that way it was possible to see how much promille each participant had at 5 pm because their weight and beers with names were written down.

If people failed to weigh themselves when arriving to the party they just didn't participate in the High Jump-discipline.

Dedicated to Super Brian...  ;D

Nice! It is an awesome "car". Especially I like the stability of the wings, which is not destroyed when the plane enters or leaves the loop.

My friends and I where having a World Championship in Beer Drinking this October, It included 5 disciplines:

100m Sprint - Drink one beer [bottle] in the fastest time.
200m Hurdle - Drink two closed beers [bottle] which shall be opened with a lighter in the fastest time.
400m Baton - Equal to the 100m Sprint-disciplines, but you must choose a team consisting of four persons, then person no. 2 can only drink when no. 1 is finished etc.
Marathon - Who can drink most beers during the WC? (The "Party" lasted for 12 hours exactly) Beers from the other disciplines were counted in.
High Jump - Who where having the greatest promille? We used a calculation on the Internet which included how long time we drank, how many beers drunken, how much we weighed and the different between girl/boy.

Points were awarded 15, 13, 11, 10, 9, 8 etc in the different disciplines in order to find the overall winner of the pentathlon-discipline or the WC-title. I won the Marathon-discipline by drinking 21 bottles of beer (Harboe Classic), My team won the 400m Baton and I won the High Jump as well, which gave me the overall win.

The third layer is where professional drivers fight for tenths of seconds.

The second level is where the game gets interesting, where one needs to come up with cool combinations of tricks and new ways to drive through the track.

The first step is the most frustrating and is probably where newbies slam their faces: how many tries would it take to rediscover bugs, or how many old replays would one have to go through? Being sibylline about it doesn't exactly help ;)

The most frustrating part is when you have saved 12 replays showing different ways of making a new trick (only halfways) and then in the end of the month have abandoned the idea, because it just don't work and takes to much time - and then in the very end of the month see Ayrton performing the exact same trick to perfection.

Of course you're right! ;D I just thought that the "high" number of pipsqueaks this month wouldn't continue if the newbies didn't get any small points out of it. I couln't see it on the scoreboard, only four times 0..

I'm sorry I didn't have time for a replay at the end of January, but I'm more than ready to fight for the team-scoreboard win this year.  8)

Is there still 0,11 - 0,10, - 0,09 and 0,08 points for the slower players this year?

Oh, I didn't see that.  :o

I have attached the three replays of WMCS6 and WMCS7 in a zip-file.

Stunts Chat / Re: Your mistake
February 02, 2012, 12:24:26 PM
I guess I have three mistakes:

1. In Paleke's World Stunts Championship I only raced once in the beginning of my online racing not realising that I dealt with another set of rules than usual (IRC-rules). Therefore my only result in that competition was discarded, but I learnt I should read the rules before playing.  8)

2. In Duplode's Southern Cross Stunts Trophy's last track I took the lead severel times not realising that my replay had a flaw. Therefore all my replays were discarded and I ended up with the time sent from my first replay, even though I had a better one without a flaw on my computer. :P

3. In Dark Chaser's competition two years ago I raced two or three races, but crossing the line of the road all times without seeing it. Because I was so unmotivated at that time I didn't check the emails he sent back to make me correct my replays, therefore all my replays in the competition ended up beeing discard on after another. I did not race his last tracks because of motivation-crisis and I guess I still owe him an apology.  :-\

Is it possible to upload the replays here? I have replays from WMCS1, WMCS2, WMCS3, WMCS6 and WMCS7 and then I have all tracks 1-11 if anyone need those.

Yes; click "Attachments and other options" below the reply box and you'll be able to attach them ...

Just under the reply box is a number of how many times the topic has been read. :P There's no box called "Attachments and other options".

Guys, do you have WMCS'09 replays around? I only got them up to round 5. Gutix and AbuRaf won some of these races, and maybe Brian too...

I only remember my own results because I write them down. I was 3rd on WMCS6, 2nd on WMCS7, 3rd on WMCS8 and 2nd on WMCS10. I did not race WMCS9 and WMCS11.
