Those are wonderful lyrics... I see what you mean.

I also see your point about Oberkorn. Oberkorn is the "adventure" song, as if you were being wed by a wizard in a magic forest. Slowblow is very different, like you're being wed among the coolest people in Paris in the secret basement of Le Moulin Rouge at 3 in the night.

I just can't stop myself from spreading/spamming the awesomeness of King Crimson. I'm not sure if there are many fans of progressive around here (the only outspoken one is currently "on holidays") but I feel this music has appeal far beyond genre boundaries... I mean, it seems rather unlikely these clips (or at least either one of them, depending on personal tastes) will fail to bring a smile to music lovers...

Listening to "Vision Thing" album by Sisters of Mercy... the vitriolic mood fits me perfectly tonight. Too bad it's too late in the night for screaming the lyrics at full volume...

Yes, those are good lyrics, but in the end I think both of SOM's other albums, and The Reptile House EP are better and more interesting.
But there's something about Vision Thing when you are in a sarcastic mood and you can see the blunt irony of the world. Then Vision Thing kind of sweeps past all hope and fear and just plainly asserts what you can do with this ironic reality. Like having 25 whores in the room next door.
