I can't follow the associations since it's not my turn, but I can agree, pljeskavica is a great food. Ildi tried it in Montenegro (Gurmanska pljeskavica) - while I was eating my Cevapi with Shopska salad, which are also great, if not even greater - and she liked it very much. I ate what she left in her plate, and I also found it great.
