I'm throwing a party on Saturday and I need some nice sailor songs to play!

Anything that comes to your mind and is not too downbeat :)
But we can't be quite sure.

Beck has a whole album called Sea Change, but I am afraid thats too melancholic for a party
Same for Rod Stewart - Sailing, but I don't think you can skip that.

You're doing great so far, thanks :)

And you're all invited to the party of course.
But we can't be quite sure.

LOL, Zak and Maiden...  ;D Interesting!

But if Maiden and sailor songs, rather the Ghost of navigator from the Brave New World album (2000), which is their best song IMO after they got reunited. :)

Maiden is not really my taste of metal, though sometimes I do listen to it. I prefer Judas Priest, Iced Earth and Chinese metal bands :)

Unfortunately I wont be able to attend, but my cousin and former Stunts pipsqueak Sampi and his girlfreind (who is fluent in Danish :)) have relocated to Copenhagen. A close friend of Andi is also living there for the coming years. So let me know if you want to meet some fellow Hungarians and I will relay the information! :D

could you recommend me some chinese metal bands?

sure!

You will probably like my personal favourite: heibao, aka. Black Panther or Tang Dynasty. These are the first metal/hard rock pioneers of China.
Chinese metal is often very melodic compared to what is known in the western world.
