Who knows... Their birthplace is close to each other, which is a region with Slovakian minority in Hungary (Uhrin is a Slovakian name).

For metal lovers look what Megadeth does in Argentina. In the very first concert (1994) the people suddenly (it just came up) started to sing between Symphony of Destruction verses "Megadeth Megadeth, Aguante Megadeth" (Aguante = "go!"). It happened in every concert since then, so in 2005 Mustaine extended that part to play a bit more with the people.

Edit 2: They made in 2005 a surprise acoustic. I can't say concert, they just went to a square (Plaza Francia) sat in the grass and played about 10 songs . Nobody knew it, no advertising, no tv, no radio, just Megadeth and fans.
