An apology to Alain il professore

I've been trying to reach @Alain il professore via Telegram and chat without success, so I'm posting here instead.

Back in 2003, Alain and I had a serious falling‑out that led to my departure from the Orion team, followed by years of tension on both sides. I deeply regret my role in that and offer a heartfelt apology.

I'm especially sorry for my allegations and comments in the thread "Peaceful Stunts Chat Forever". They should never have been made, and I take full responsibility.

The community is a kinder place now, and I hope Alain and I can move forward—whether by burying the hatchet or at least coexisting respectfully.
