Big site update + question

I'm busy with the redesign as you maybe   have noticed

But I still have this problem with flash, I can't add the *.swf to the page with Frontpage, notepad or something.

Who can help me ?



I like the Nav. Bar, too bad you can't see it

As I remember simply add it as an image.

With notepad of course.  

But I`ve never used flash, I don`t like it, i saw my friend making a flash thingie, and I remember he used this way...
