Couple of aces at vertex: thunderous ex-aequo by Zak McKracken and Chulk with the same time!! Fantastic races by the argentinian and the hungarian and chronometer stopped (unrealistically) at 1'02"95!      Getting one bonus point for leading at 3rd checkpoint, Chulk reaches 16 points in provisional classification, the same score of Zak which, instead, doesn't get another bonus point (even if he's leading with Chulk) because he hasn't succeeded to lower his previous time over 3% (1'02"45 or less was his target). So what do it means? If Zak has not sent a time 3% lower of previous time (even if it's only 0"50 lower than time which he just has sent) did he reach his limit yet?    Or maybe he had not time to race more to lower enough his limit?     Next Sunday we'll know it!    About other times, good improvement for me (which goes down until an undreamed 1'04"30...), AbuRaf70 (1'07"75 under 1'08") and SuperBrian (1'09"00, over 2 seconds left). And now we are at last week! Who will win the first race of the year? Sure great challenge for Zak and Chulk, but can they stay sure that other drivers don't swoop suddenly in the last week? Two last season great starrings, Gutix and CTG, are still missed... And if would others drivers (BJ?) join? 

Yes, all were advised, all were at window to see if the tornado arrived... and it's arrived!    Chulk, last season master, is come back with a fantastic time: 1'10"45!     Another great demonstration of his incredible ability in this difficult specialty, another great challenge to all others drivers, especially for me, the only driver in last season which has tried to oppose at his superpower! Only one time in this week, but just one week to the end: what will we see in the last seven days? Will we see anyone ables to put his own wheels ahead Chulk's car, maybe a driver which has not raced yet? Well, Chulk's time appears very hard to reach, but the passion of NORH drivers could fill the gap... isn't it? 

59.95...? Really?    Sincerely I thought Zak's time was near to the limit yet... Evidently I have to learn much than I thought...     Anyway, I'll try to put all my best to the race so to approach at least Zak's time! (Go under seems me too hard...  )

Free track for me, not a great show but a good result, I think. Three improvements with last one just 3% lower than previous leading time: this means another bonus point for me!  Previous leading time at 1st checkpoint was infact 1'15"20 and to get another bonus point I had to go down under 1'12"90. I taked some risk, and I reach 1'12"75 getting a second bonus point. Sure I hope to get the 3rd bonus point too, but... it will be very hard: it seems too much far 1'10"55... Moreover, in RH race an well-know driver has just reappeared, and we can be sure we'll talk soon about him in NORH race... So, I, Krys and other NORH specialists (CTG? Parano? Gutix? Zak McKracken? Others?) are advised...

Mark : my new RH time is 1'06"75, not 1'07"75. I'm 2nd so far, not 3rd.

Sorry, really sorry!     I wrote correctly your time in "Times" section but in my mind it was 1'07"75, so I wrote it wrongly on scoreboards and in "News" page... And I haven't touched wine at lunch... 
Anyway I fixed all... I hope...

I haven't received other mail from Zak but I had hoped to keep the lead... 
Instead, when I opened just one hour ago my mailbox, I saw with RPLINFO an awesome 1'04"70!!     Big disappointed for me .   I had thought to have got a second bonus point: in fact I had succeeded to lower my previous time (1'09"85) over 3% (1'07"65). This has been just enough to defeat the attack of AbuRaf70 (1'08"40 a good time after some improvements  ) but not enough to defeat the attack by Krys TOFF (1'06"75, a very good time!  ) and sure not enough to embank an harrying Zak! Really a pity for you, Zak, not to send your mail just some minutes before at 1st checkpoint... Great news: Chulk is back to the race!      1'10"05 is his entry time, but we are sure his next time won't be so far from the vertex... OK, other 7 days of race and a new checkpoint, the last one: who will get the last bonus point?  Let's see! 

Well... sincerly no. I had choosen that colour because I saw, watching replays of other races, it's not frequently used by drivers... But this year I've begun to race with a red Indy in C72.
Benetton-Renault... I don't like the manager... And then, I always supported single drivers and not single teams. Only a bit affinity for McLaren. Yes, I'm italian, but I never supported Ferrari team. It's sure strange, but it's a long story... But maybe this year I can side a red car with Kimi Raikkonen inside... 

BJ, really a great replay! I had thought you found the same way I found... Your 1st part of race is really impressive... Well, I'm satisfied to have found (before in my mind and then on the track) the original way which permitted me to build my victory!   

Instead, I didn't succeed to se BJ's replay, because I don't have 0.85 Contest Car files... Who can tell me where I can find them? 

OK, I found it where I had searched it many times...  (blind man...). I'm going to see BJ's replay...

I saw Mislav's replay, nice 2nd part of race!    I tried that way but I didin't succeed to turn right so near to the track...
Instead, I didn't succeed to se BJ's replay, because I don't have 0.85 Contest Car files... Who can tell me where I can find them? 

And here I thought I had won the race...

Wooow!! We have a new winner!

CONGRATULATIONS Mark!

Yeeeees!!!     First victory for me in an official contest with standard rules!    I won in WSC ("Di Palma" track) last Autumn, but with "one wheel on or over the road" rule, so this victory has a special taste for me, keeping on mind an higher number of participants, an higher number of top drivers and, sure, the prestige of Kalpen contest!   Yes, I'm really happy for this result after last 2 second places! 
But sure really congratulations to Bonzai Joe for the title (I think it's a big deed for me to be succeeded to put my wheels ahead his car ) , and to Mislav (which "predicted" my victory just after his first victory at CTrack C!) for the 3rd place jointly his personal score at Kalpen! 
I'll wait next Kalpen contest to see if with more experience I'll succeed to get more points since first race... maybe I'll be able to make a bit difficult the race to the title for BJ!

hahaha Mark, you have a great lap time now we both have the second place - nice way for both to get more points hehe...
