I think Honduras is considerably stronger than Jamaica (but France will still win), and Bosnia is a strong team which will proceed to the Last 16 (but they will still lose by one goal to Argentina).
But then again, I apparently suck at predicting this World Cup.
But we can't be quite sure.

I predict an easy French win, an ugly Swiss win, and at night, I expect a very good, high scoring game between Argentina and Bosnia. Even a surprise can be in the air, but I think Argentina will win this in a tight clash. So I hope BJ, you can earn some points tonight, since it seems we agree more or less regarding today's matches.

My like/hate list, but without explanation:

1 Italy
2 Croatia
3 Bosnia and Herzegovina
4 Netherlands
5 Spain
6 Nigeria
7 Switzerland
8 Russia

Also, I would like to know: Which players from other teams are Luis Suarez's ghosts?  :D
But we can't be quite sure.

Disappointing URU so far...

Overrated, I'd say. Uruguay (hopefully with Suárez) v. England in a fight for survival should be a cracker though!

Maybe Sterling and Sturridge will accidently set Suárez up for a great goal.
But we can't be quite sure.

I mean the fairness. ;D

1-1 is excellent for Chulk, SWI 2-1 is good for Akoss Poo. Ecuador should score - 0 point for everybody in Stunts league.

I think Honduras is considerably stronger than Jamaica (but France will still win)

Another difference is that Honduras has a penchant for kicking lumps out of the opposition... Anyway, on the evidence of SWI v. ECU France won't have any trouble in this group. The game wasn't quite as bad as expected though - awesome final minute!

skid off, Switzerland!

I was very angry when I lost two points in the extra time of the CHI-AUS match...

Now 1 of the lost 2 points is back! Well done, Swiss and 'Swiss' guys!

I only saw some parts of the match, since I kurvaanyáded on the Slovenia-Hungary handball WCH qualifier during almost the whole football game...

I always liked Nigeria, like all N-teams which likes to play the football (I find Ghana too dull and I don't like the overstarred Ivory Coast team). The good old '90s Nigeria team was even more a favourite for me. I remember them beating Spain 3-2 in an excellent game... poor Zubizarreta... :-)

That was a terrible final minute. But of course Ecuador deserved it for stopping the match one minute early. No one bothered to retreat to defend after that guy blundered the ball in the penalty area, and suddenly it was 4v3.

What a crappy game so far, neither France, nor Honduras seems to be too dangerous.
