Last post by Cas - April 17, 2026, 04:14:43 AMWhen I think of politicians that can get to power, I try to not be too hopeful, but I stick to the most important thing: I hope they happen to at least be somebody who will concentrate their efforts on really trying to make their country (or state, city, province, etc.) work well, improve and the citizens there feel a tiny bit happier and not just on amassing power and money and then one day leave (or die) not having really accomplished anything good worth remembering. At least that.
I think a good politician is one that you kind of forget that is there. If you can't help noticing the guy or gal is there doing their thing, then they're not that good... but well that last part is idealistic.

The pause before Season 5 is, shall we say, tactical: I have some proper busy months up ahead, so it's prudent to give both myself and the competition some extra room, to be able to plan ahead and keep the season going smoothly. The early invitation for guest track submissions is in the same spirit (hint, hint
).
On scheduling of the rounds, it feels like there are quite a few advantages to four-week races, and I guess it will make sense to keep that for Season 5. The switch to packs of three cars should also help with making it a bit more manageable.

And the changes also allow to read the handful of Stunts' EGA resources, including the editor's icons.
There are still some glitches (EDIT: now fixed
) but LLM-based development has its plus sides :-)

Last post by alanrotoi - April 15, 2026, 06:59:45 PMIt sounds great! If I may, about the scoring system maybe could be based on lenght raced (number of laps + position in last lap) instead of best lap time because it could reduce the interest of racing laps if only one lap counts.
