Sure, I know, don't take it too seriously. It's a tradition of Looping members to insult eachother with this "BOURGEOIS!" thing - even for smaller issues.

In my district (more or less an average one in Budapest), you can find a 60 m² flat for 250-300€/month. If you want to buy the same size, you need 45,000-50,000€.
