Next Thursday we're travelling to Harstad (68°48' N, 16°32' E) with my boss for a client presentation. So it seems that my North record will be broken.

I was in Punta Tombo, it's in the same province than Esquel but southern and coastal.
BTW it's 44.05S.

Updated. I agree with Akoss - what counts is what's posted here. Who knows if vamologocomisso once lived in Alaska for three days? It's almost 100% sure that some forum members have been further than these records.

I actually was at Perito Moreno Glacier (50°29?S 73°03?O) so that's probably the southernmost point we forum members have been. Here's a pic to confirm

I wonder about the coordinates of your hometown - it would be more interesting to check our relative records (degrees counted from hometown coordinates).

Of course it is not a big deal to own the South record if you are born on the Southern Hemisphere or to own the North if you are born in Scandinavia... But how far did you manage to go away from the place where you were born or where you are living?
