Last afternoon: 70.9

I won't be surprised if a sub-70 measurement happens in a few weeks...

Unofficial: 70.4 (if I lean back a bit on the scale, it oscillates between 69.9 and 70.1)

Temporary (?) increase to 73-74 kg, my appetite came back for a while (but if I eat enough, the pain is coming back). No records are expected for the next few weeks.

Non-official: 70.0 (two weeks ago), official 72.2 (today), with the new diet I'm going to lose weight again.

Edit: the same day, in the afternoon: 70.0 again

Akoss Poo a.k.a. Zorromeister

Official: 90.2 kg (Saturday morning) on a digital scale.

I think I should weight myself, it's been 8 or 9 months since the last time I did it and I don't remember exactly my weight. I guess today I am around 84
Yes, it is me. No, I'm not back at racing (for now...)

Non-official: 69.5

After two good days the stomach problems came back...

CTG

4th day under 70 kg, measured in the afternoons (morning is about +1 kg). Seems like 2200-2300 kcal/day is not enough to keep my weight.

Damn! I'm, at 89.8. I guess now that I've re-started my judo classes, I'll be back at around 80 in a couple of months.

Physical activity I'm doing right now:
3 times (Mon, Wed, Fri) 2 hour judo training
2 times (Mon, Thu) 1hour indoor football with friends
1 time (Wed) 1.5 hours paddle with friends
Ocassionaly (about twice a month) 1.5 hours outdoor football 5 (Sun)

Clearly, I eat too much

physical activity sadly restricted to biking in the city yet still 58-59, as always.

CTG

The first quasi-official measurement under 70 - despite of eating more than 2500 kcal/day.

Overestimated. Daily average, since I'm on a lactose- / glutene- / soya- / etc. free diet (40 days):

- 2480 kcal
- 106 g protein
- 267 g carbohydrates
- 100 g fat
- 4.4 l fluid (mainly mineral water and tea)
