Ivan Stewart's Off Road A.K.A. IRONMAN! woww how I like this oldie!! I guess I raced in 65-70 tracks and I left it because this game never ends.

The TEST DRIVE II CONTEST!

Alain, you said in the chat today that the whole season will finish this 5 of Jan and the seasons will be a 6 month competition. Is it true? This is a good idea for me

I'll be short.  First of all, this isn't my competition so this is only my opinion. I don't want to create a "movement" to change nothing... only my opinion.
I don't like the point system: 10 for the 1st place and 8 to the 2nd. Why that difference? It gives a bigger prize to the winner (who is one of the best).
Maybe is ok with the new leagues system.... let's see, I hope it is a change for a better way.

The best racing game after stunts (in my opinion) is Test Drive II. The music of this game is awesome and the driving its very comfortable. I always thought that Stunts is a kind of mix between Indianapolis 500 and Test Drive II. We know about TD2 because its almost the same team of designers, but the INDY500 have a lot of similar things, like the clouds, the replay management, the graphics when the cars exploid...
I only miss that in stunts there isn't the Ferrari F-40 (best car by far in the 70-80's).

As you know Manowar joined the competition. (He is my brother)
he also joined MeganiuM so I helped him telling all the shortcuts/tricks I know in zct20.
He started to race the same day I started, but he stopped to play few months after. So this is his first time after 8 years. He's a begginer.
I saw him racing and I have some conclusions:

- He used automatic transmission, very recommended if you are a beginner.
- He used his two hands to manage the car and he used the arrow keys, not the keypad numbers.
- I saw that beginners have a kind of "fear" of the corners and they slow down a lot. He did it, but at the time to do tricks (advanced ones!) was too much easy to him.
- The more difficult part in the track for him was the big banked corner/ice straight later sorrounded by water. But not a trick or a shortcut.
- He isn't a regular pipsqueak, so for example if he did a corner at 90mph when he can do it faster he didn't went back to change it. (he used replay handling). I mean when I joined the competition (and I guess everybody) I didn't care if a corner or a jump can be done 0.05 secs better. It just was well done.

It will make you think how you improved since you are here

If there is a new season next year, I don't know if you'll count with me. I'm tired about ISA rules. Sorry.

Yesterday at night I played Striker95 a great oldie football game from Rage software. There you can create new teams, and what teams could I add? Bingo! The Stunts teams: Orion, Looping Warriors, Flying Dutchmen, Unskilled Drivers, Broderbund, MeganiuM, Cork's Crew and Euromasters.

I did a league to see which team is the best (in football) and I let the CPU to manage all the teams. And the winner was..... Broderbund! and second Flying Dutchmen. I don't know the others, but my team was the last

I just read the email I sent to the died World Masters Stunts Competition (or whatever) the 20-25 of april 2002.
If you read it you'll see I sound really stupid. I wonder how was your first email in a stunts competition.
Mine was this:

"Hello! I'm Alan Rotoi and I'm from Argentina. I saw your site (World Masters Championship Stunts) and I think it's great and a cool idea. I would like to participate in the championship! I just downloaded the Qualify track and I will try to do a good time. And I downloaded the Stunts ver. 1.1 because I have the older version (5 October 1990).
If I can participate, please let me know how many time I have to send you the replay of the qualify track. What's the last day can I send you my replay?
Well... I will wait your response. I hope I would be there...

I was seaching how other teams of another competitions build their homepages. I found some interesting and very complete pages like http://graminger.cjb.net/ or http://quicksilver.st/

They are from bigger communities of other racing games (not so beatiful and funier than Stunts! )
